: The period during which the official trade union which has been recognized according to section 11 can conduct collective bargaining with the manager on behalf of the workers will continue for two years from the date of the certificate issued by the registrar according to sub-section (3) of the same section. But if the registration of such official trade union is canceled or if such trade union is dissolved, another official trade union must be elected within three months from the date of such dissolution.
